These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of QuoteStash. By creating an account or using QuoteStash, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use QuoteStash.

1. What QuoteStash is

QuoteStash lets you and a group of your choosing ("a room") save funny or memorable quotes, comment and react to them, and quiz each other on them. Content you add to a room is shared with the other members of that room.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and keep your login details secure.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use QuoteStash.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Manage.

3. Content you add

Quotes, comments, and any photos you upload (profile pictures or room group photos) are your responsibility. By adding content to QuoteStash, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share it, and it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
• It doesn't contain anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, or otherwise seriously harmful.
• You've considered the people quoted, and you're comfortable sharing that content with your room.

You keep ownership of the content you add. By adding it, you grant the other members of the relevant room permission to view, comment on, react to, and quiz each other on it, for as long as it remains in that room.

We may remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are harmful, unlawful, or abusive.

4. Rooms and room ownership

Anyone can create a room and becomes its owner. Room owners can manage room settings, remove members, regenerate the join code, and delete the room. If you own a room, you're responsible for how it's moderated and who you invite into it.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't use QuoteStash to:

• Harass, bully, or harm another person.
• Upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to QuoteStash.
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use QuoteStash for any unlawful purpose.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep QuoteStash available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features, and may update these Terms from time to time — if we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.

7. Disclaimer & liability

QuoteStash is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running smoothly and your data safe, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of QuoteStash.
